About ThinkFit
Lee Weissman is a Wellcoaches Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, twelve-time marathon runner, seven-year vegan and father of four. An avid runner for many years, he complements his exercise with regular hiking, yoga, meditation and weight training.
With over 40+ years of management experience within the food industry, Weissman is passionate about cooking, thoughtfully incorporating plant-based ingredients as he experiments with a number of culinary traditions from around the globe.
Lee has completed the Fork Over Knives Plant Based Cooking Course, the Mindfulness Stress Based Reduction Program at the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Memorial Health Care, and has received the Lifestyle Medicine Certificate for Coaches from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the T. Colin Campbell Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from ECornell. He is an Official Switch4Good Athlete, and is now working toward his National Board Certified Health Coaching Certification.
His authentic self is someone who lives a healthy life, keeps moving, and shares what he has learned to help others live their best life.
